I went to the High Commission to renew my passport and had a seamless experience. I arrived half an hour before my appointment and was allowed. Security is tight! The staff checked my documents to ensure they were correct and took another digital photo in case the hard copies I had provided were rejected. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I was provided!
