My wife and I attended the Australian High Commission on 19/3 for a Verification of Identity (VOI) appointment for our settlement and will documents, and the experience was excellent.
Booking the appointment was very easy through the website, which made the process smooth from the start. We arrived at 1:45 PM, and the security clearance was handled professionally. We were guided clearly all the way to the counter without any confusion.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The officer who witnessed the document signing was highly professional and efficient. Everything was completed within an hour, which we truly appreciated.
