Everything is efficiently organised. I went through all the formalities including security checks within 15 minutes to submit my passport application. I had a pleasant visit at AHC for document certification purpose. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. All the officers, including security personnels, are well-mannered and attentive. The whole process went smoothly, also credits given to the Appointment Scheduling and Reminder System. Thank you and keep it up!

I had a very pleasant experience visiting the Australian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur this morning.
From the security guards at the entrance to the lady who checked my application forms, everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I especially appreciated how efficiently the process was handled and how clearly the staff explained the details and requirements that I needed to fulfil. Their patience and willingness to assist made the whole experience much less stressful.
The office environment was also clean, well-organised, and welcoming. I was particularly impressed that it was not crowded or congested with applicants, as can sometimes be the case at other embassies.
Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly service. It is a great reflection of the Australian High Commission.

Good meeting with Kelvin who answered most of my question adequately. However, there are a couple of question that he need to revert to APO for advise
Finally, the passport fees are horrendously far more expensive then any other passport. It seem to be cheaper for me to travel back to Australia and get a passport for A$138. This high cost for Australians living or working overseas is not good when one is paying Australian taxes.
