Honestly, the staff have been an incredible help to me. I had a unique situation in renewing my daughter’s passport with a name change, and it required significant research. After writing to numerous consulates across the world over the course of months, the one in KL actually called me and gave me a solution that worked. Never before have I had such amazing service from a consulate or embassy (and I have 3 passports so spend quite a bit of time in them). I’m incredibly grateful.
